Zwei Br\u00fcder stritten sich um den Besitz einer Orange. Da es nur einen gab, lag es nahe, ihn zu halbieren, aber mit dieser L\u00f6sung sind die Kinder nicht ganz zufrieden. Sie wenden sich an ihre Mutter, um zu versuchen, den Konflikt zu l\u00f6sen. Auf Wunsch der Parteien stellt sich der Mediator in die Mitte der beteiligten Parteien, um ihnen durch Kommunikationstechniken zu helfen, ihre Interessen und Bed\u00fcrfnisse herauszufinden und auf diese Weise zu versuchen, die Interessen aller Beteiligten zu befriedigen, um eine Beziehung aufzubauen, die auf Respekt und gegenseitiger Anerkennung der Parteien beruht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #141f65;\">Die Mediation ist ein freiwilliges Verfahren zur Streitbeilegung, eine Alternative zum Gerichtsverfahren, bei dem die Parteien professionelle, unparteiische und neutrale Mediatoren anfordern und akzeptieren, die nicht befugt sind, Entscheidungen f\u00fcr sie zu treffen.
