The data will be retained:
As long as there is a collegial or contractual relationship.
During the applicable legal deadlines (accounting, professional regulations, ethical channel). Subsequently blocked according to art. 32 LOPDGDD.

- Financial institutions for collegiate collections.
- Suppliers acting as Processors (Audidat, hosting, software…).
- Individuals or entities that consult the public lists of associations (use limited to professional verification).

Public listings and prohibition of commercial use
The data of members published on this website can only be used to verify professional qualification, in accordance with Law 2/1974.
It is forbidden:

- Commercial prospecting
- Development of external databases
- Use for solicitation or unfair competition
Improper use may involve administrative infringement and sanction under the RGPD, LOPDGDD and Law 3/1991 on Unfair Competition.
