Legal nature of the Professional Association
The College is a public law corporation endowed with:
- Legal personality
- Full capacity to act
- Delegated public functions
- Own legal regime in accordance with Law 2/1974 and professional association statutes
Their actions are governed not only by private law, but also by specific administrative and professional regulations, as well as by the regional legislation in force in the Valencian Community.
