ARBITRATION COURT

The ARBITRATION COURT del COAPIArbitration Court was established by COAPIconstituted by agreement the 31/03/09 and its objective is the conflict resolution between the tenants and the owners because the non-payment or any other reason, that previously have submitted to their discrepancies at the Arbitration court.

The arbitral procedure is really easy and it is started through  complaint  of any of the parties of a rental agreement by a form. The complaint will be resolved in two months at most by an arbitral award, whose compliance is mandatory and implemented.
